Return and Exchange Policy

Please find our Exchange / Return policy below. However, we just want to re- assure you that we are very customer friendly and deeply value our customer relationships and their happiness. We always strive to be accommodative of your requests to the best of our ability, something which our loyal and happy customer base is proof of!

Return and Exchange Request can be raised within 48 hours of receiving order.










  • Product can be Exchanged/Returned if the it is faulty or defective product.
  • Product can be Exchanged/Returned if it is a different product.
  • Product can be Exchanged/Returned if it size delivered is different from which you ordered.



  • No Exchange/Return is provided in case of customer didn't liked the Product. 
  • Please also know screens and monitors are calibrated differently so colors, may not be 100% accurate, No Exchange/Return is provided in such case. 
  • We shall not take Items that have been worn, washed or soiled
  • In case, Of Size Issue, Only Exchange is available, Return is not possible in that case. Also we don't provide free exchange, Customer has to bear shipping cost of exchange courier. 
  • A Complete Quality check will be done by us upon receiving the product before approving any exchange request.
  • Please note product can be exchanged only once.
  • Please read item descriptions carefully, the sizes of products, the handling and care section, the wash/cleaning instructions before carrying out our purchase. Please also know screens and monitors are calibrated differently so colors, may not be 100% accurate.
  • Please also note that hand washing a product which is supposed to be dry cleaned may lead to running of color. In this event, we shall not be responsible for refund/exchange.
  • Please be aware that the fabric used may vary for products to products as it depends entirely on the fabric lot. Therefore, for this matter, Return is not eligible.

Conditions for returning products

  • The products must be returned in the original condition they were received in along with any bills, tags, labels etc.
  • Products must be in their original form and unsoiled.
  • Brand packaging should be intact.
  • Replacement of a product will be subject to availability of the product on the website at that time.
  • Products that are eligible for a return, can be returned within 48 Hours of receiving the product.
  • In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a parcel opening video of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order. (Both Side should be visible in Opening Video).
  • In case of wrong size delivered, for that we request customer to provide us with image of measurement of the product. 
  • All returns are subject to the discretion of Threadily Brands Private Limited

Please Note

  • We will try our best to pickup the product to be returned from your registered shipping address within India. In case we aren’t able to arrange for the reverse pick up owing to non availability of the service in your PIN code, we would request you to self ship the product to the shipping address shared with you via a courier partner of your choice.
  • Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged and labelled with the necessary information, including our warehouse address. Additionally, please note that any courier fees incurred for this return, will be borne by the customer. The customer will be responsible for any loss during the transit process Please email us the courier receipt, once you ship the package, for us to be able to takeover the process.
  • It takes 7-10 working days for the product to reach us back at the warehouse. So your patience is requested for the same.
  • The product received will be inspected for quality and if approved by the Quality Checking team, we will provide you with either with Coupon worth the product value that can be used for a future purchase from the website or Exchange with the same product.
  • Please note that the Coupon/Exchange shall be issued only once we receive the package back at our warehouse. So your patience on the same is highly appreciated

Kindly note that it's essential to wait for our confirmation before sending back the item. Upon receiving our confirmation, you can proceed to return the item to us. We will then coordinate with our logistics partner to facilitate the replacement process. We kindly request that you do not send any items for return or replacement without receiving our confirmation, as we cannot take responsibility for such shipments.

Please note that we do not issue direct refunds when products are returned. Instead, we generate a coupon code that you can use for future purchases.

Office hours are 10 AM to 6 PM IST (Indian Standard Time) Monday to Friday. We are closed on weekends, on bank holidays and any other public holidays as declared by the Government of India and by State of Rajasthan.

In situations involving unavailability of goods or service-related problems:

  • If the item intended for replacement is not available, we will strive to present you with the best possible alternatives. Ultimately, the choice of the replacement item will rest with you.
  • In cases where we confirm an order but are unable to ship the product on time, we will grant refunds to customers upon their request.
